Over 20 years ago I taught Sam Cawthorn to speak and Facilitate yet today I've been engaged by Speakers Institute regularly to train the Trainer and conduct Corporate Training. Love being a part of the Faculty.

The Facilitator Journey
Through SI Academy, franchisees have access to a world-class Facilitator Certification pathway designed to develop highly trained, transformational leaders capable of delivering the Speakers Institute curriculum to the highest global standards. Facilitators progress through four certification band levels — Facilitator, Senior Facilitator, Chief Facilitator, and Master Facilitator — with each level representing deeper capability, leadership, delivery mastery, coaching experience, and responsibility within the SI ecosystem. Every facilitator is trained in the proprietary SI curriculum, immersed in the Speakers Institute methodology, and formally certified by the Franchisor to ensure consistency, excellence, and transformational delivery across all territories.
Our long-term vision is for every franchise territory to develop a strong facilitator ecosystem with at least one facilitator operating at each certification level, creating depth, sustainability, leadership progression, and world-class participant experiences. Importantly, franchisees are not required to personally become certified facilitators unless they choose to. Through SI Academy, franchisees have the flexibility to either pursue their own facilitator pathway or simply operate the business by engaging certified SI Facilitators and contractors to deliver programs and events on their behalf. This allows franchisees to build the business model that best suits their strengths, lifestyle, and long-term vision while still leveraging the full power of the SI delivery ecosystem.
Our Master Facilitators
A Master Facilitator is the highest level of facilitator certification within the Speakers Institute ecosystem and serves as the trainer of trainers across the network. Master Facilitators are responsible for mentoring, assessing, certifying, and developing Facilitators, Senior Facilitators, and Chief Facilitators to ensure world-class delivery standards are upheld globally. They carry deep mastery of the SI curriculum, transformational facilitation, coaching methodology, and room leadership, and ultimately make the final determination on facilitator certification band levels within SI Academy.
Sam Cawthorn
20+ years a professional speaker and Master Facilitator. Sam is the founder of Speakers Institute Group and still today speaks and trains at some of the Speakers Institute Events.
Craig Johns
7 years with Speakers Institute Group Craig has emerged as a Master Trainer. His background as a performance coach and leadership expert has fast tracked his ability to understand patters and formulas to bringing out the best in people.
Chief Facilitators
A Chief Facilitator is a certified SI leader who is qualified to independently lead and deliver a full Speakers Institute program experience. Whether facilitating a Premiere Bootcamp (PBC), Preview Event, Speaker Business program, or other approved SI experiences, the Chief Facilitator carries primary responsibility for the room, participant transformation, delivery quality, event flow, and overall program outcomes. They are trained to lead stand-alone programs at a world-class standard while guiding participants through transformational learning, communication development, and experiential coaching within the SI methodology.
Jessica Kiely
A professional facilitator, learning & experience designer and executive talent consultant. For more than two decades she has worked across leadership communication, learning design & experiential facilitation. A Chief Facilitator for Speakers Institute for 7 years.
Demian Coorey
Demian teaches smart people and introverts to be more persuasive. He has been a Facilitator with Speakers Institute for over 10 years and still today is a key Chief Facilitator for Speakers Institute Global. Demian regularly travels around the world Facilitating for Speakers Institute Group.

Sharlene help experts make their thinking visible by turning lived experience into scalable visual models, signature frameworks, and intellectual property that sells. As a Business Strategist and Visual Model Architect. She has been a Speakers Institute Facilitator for over 8 years.

Senior Facilitators
A Senior Facilitator is a certified SI Facilitator who is qualified to independently lead selected Speakers Institute experiences such as One Day Intensives, workshops, and approved training events, while also serving as the second lead facilitator within larger programs such as Premiere Bootcamps (PBCs). Senior Facilitators play a critical leadership role in supporting participant transformation, delivering curriculum segments, coaching attendees, maintaining room energy, and assisting the Chief Facilitator to ensure world-class program delivery and participant outcomes.
USA
In 2025 we completed the first Facilitator certification program in Los Angeles. We had 13 new Facilitators graduate with many potentials to become a Chief Facilitator in the Future.
Australia
This is the cornerstone region for Speakers Institute with the majority of Facilitators based here. We have multiple Facilitators in every state of Australia with the aim of more in the future.
Singapore
Operational in Singapore for over 8 years, Speakers Institute has developed multiple certified Facilitators in the region delivering both corporate training as well as multiple Speakers Institute events.
India
Operated in India for many years, Speakers Institute has developed many Facilitators throughout India in both corporate training programs as well as Speakers Institute Events.
New Zealand
New Zealand has been the incubator for some great Facilitation talent for Speakers Institute Group. We also incorporate local cultural practices in our training to ensure the relevance of our events depending on the region.

With little exposure in the region, this is a region that Speakers Institute is interested to develop more talent. Our aim is for Speakers Institute to have many more Facilitators in the region.

Facilitators
A Speakers Institute Facilitator is the foundational certification level within the SI facilitation pathway and the starting point for individuals who have immersed themselves in multiple Speakers Institute events and completed facilitator training through SI Academy. Facilitators are trained in the SI curriculum, room culture, coaching methodology, and participant experience standards, allowing them to support programs through coaching, breakout facilitation, participant feedback, and event delivery support. They play an important role within SI events, including Premiere Bootcamps (PBCs), by helping create transformational experiences while continuing to grow their own facilitation capability within the ecosystem.

Sarah Hunter is our First Franchisee in Perth Western Australia
A single mum with a background in Corporate Business Development she launched her own coaching practice in 2023. After doing the Speakers Institute Premiere 3 Day Bootcamp in 2025 she new there was a better way to fast track her success as a speaker and coach. After the Bootcamp Sarah became the first Speakers Institute Franchisee and launch her events in early 2026. Within 7 weeks of launching her first events Sarah had turned over a revenue of $300,000 in her Speakers Institute Franchise.
