Speakers Tribe Proximity

Speakers Tribe is a community of aspiring speakers who mostly consist of graduates of the Speakers Institute Premiere Bootcamp. They love being in the Speakers Institute Proximity and many will serve and volunteer at Speakers Institute events if done well.

The personal development and self help industry is fascinating as it's very different to other industries. You get the personal development junkies who love to learn and be in the hype of excitement, motivation and 'the proximity'.

Then you get the other folk who spend $$$ on learning and getting a mentor and coach. They then initially do everything they can to be in the same room as their mentor and coach but then get hooked into the environment and want to help and serve the event because they believe in human transformation.

At Speakers Institute we encourage graduates to come back and serve the next group coming through to both continue their learning journey and help others get a breakthrough. There is always a mutual benefit between a graduate volunteer and Speakers Institute.

Every Speakers Institute student get a Tribe Membership.

Speakers Tribe was set up in 2016 and is run by the tribe for the Tribe. It is governed by a global Board of Directors and consists of 60 leaders globally all running local gatherings each month in cities world wide.

The partnership between Speakers Institute and Speakers Tribe is designed to help franchisees build a stronger, more connected, and more sustainable territory ecosystem.

Rather than operating as isolated events, this partnership enables franchisees to develop an engaged community of graduates, volunteers, advocates, and future leaders who continue contributing to the growth of the local SI ecosystem long after a program finishes.

Leaders & future CORE Team Members

In each Speakers Institute event there is a CORE Team and a CREW Team. The CORE consists of the Facilitator/s, Event and Program Manager/s and Admin. These are the paid Team. The CREW are the Volunteers which you could have up to 12 Team members depends on the size of the event.

Long Term Community Members

Many of our Volunteers have been Crewing for over 5+ years with some 10 years plus. It's an exciting proximity to be in and as the Franchisee you are the leader of this.
